Hello, I’m Juni Desireé (JD), a 32 year-old from Australia. I’ve been creating for as long as I can remember and I’ve been a journaler for almost as long.

I’m also a very sentimental person and I love documenting memories. I’m the kind of person who keeps all sorts of ephemera: cards and letters, wrapping paper, tickets, business cards, flyers, and brochures. I also take a ridiculous amount of photos.

When I discovered junk journaling it felt like I found my home. A junk journal is like a notebook, photo album, and file folder all in one beautiful book. It combines everything I love: writing, creating, and memory keeping.

I’m yet to find my own junk journaling style but I like blue, vintage, and sparkles. I also love blue birds and blue butterflies.
